Not all drinks are not included in the price so groups will need to cater for their own drinks at each venue
Personal Responsibility
All participants attend the tour at their own risk. Each individual is responsible for their own personal safety, behaviour, and the security of their personal belongings throughout the event.
Alcohol Consumption
World Pirate Tours promotes responsible drinking. Any participant who consumes excessive alcohol, behaves inappropriately, becomes disruptive, or poses a risk to themselves or others may be removed from the tour without refund. Responsibility for alcohol consumption lies solely with the individual participant.
Injury & Incidents
World Pirate Tours accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, or incidents that occur as a result of:
Excessive alcohol consumption
Failure to follow safety instructions
Personal negligence
Actions of third-party venues or operators
Participants must follow all instructions provided by tour hosts, venue staff, and boat crew at all times.
Third-Party Venues & Boat Operators
Bars, boat trips, and activity venues operate under their own licences, rules, and insurance policies. Entry and participation remain at the discretion of each individual venue.
Weather & Operational Changes
Boat trips, venues, and outdoor activities are weather and operational dependent. In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, World Pirate Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary without notice. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes beyond our control.
Group Booking Responsibility
The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all members of their group are aware of and agree to these terms. The lead booker accepts responsibility for communicating all relevant safety information to their group.
Payment
If you have secured your booking with a deposit, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. If the balance is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and release your space to other crews.
No refunds from 14 days prior to start date as Pirate Crew & Boats need to be arranged in advance. Cancellations may take up to 14 days to process
