🚤 Boat elements may be skipped if you’re not feeling particularly seaworthy ⚓
🪪 Valid ID required — most venues operate a Challenge 25 policy
👥 Minimum group size: 8 people

All crew members attend the tour at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety, behaviour and belongings throughout the experience.

Any guest who becomes excessively intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive or unsafe may be removed from the tour or refused entry to venues without refund.

World Pirate Tours accepts no liability for incidents caused by:

❌ Excessive alcohol consumption
❌ Failure to follow instructions
❌ Personal negligence
❌ Actions of third-party venues or operators

🌦️ Weather & Operational Changes

Routes, waterfront activities and venue stops may occasionally change due to weather, operational issues or availability. If this happens, our crew will always do their best to keep the party going and provide an amazing experience 🎉

👑 Group Booking Responsibility

The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all members of the group are aware of these terms and understand the nature of the experience.

💸 Payment Information

If you secure your booking with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline may result in your booking being cancelled and the space being released to another crew ⚓

No refunds from 14 days prior to start date as Pirate Crew & Boats need to be arranged in advance. Cancellations may take up to 14 days to process
